I can't access My Account

If your password isn’t working you can reset it via the forgot password feature at login.

I get an error message at checkout saying that my email is already registered

Some customers are receiving the following error when attempting to complete payment in the checkout: “this email address is already registered please log in”.

We are working to correct this issue. As a workaround, you can complete the purchase as a guest by logging out of your account, and adding the items to your cart and checking out without logging in.

If you are still unable to purchase, please provide your name and email address in the form above and we will create a new account for you.

Are the digitals refundable?

No. All sales are final.

I have ordered two of the same digital by mistake, can I get a refund?

Yes, only if it is on the same order. Please contact us using the contact form above and provide your order number.

How do I receive my purchases?

All products are digital and will delivered online as a downloadable.

The Perfect Posie™ and it’s accessories will be sent via mail domestic and international, please refer to the The Perfect Posie™ page.

How do I download my purchases?

If you purchased digitals with an existing or new account, then you can access all your files by clicking My Account > Downloads. We do not guarantee that your files will be stored in this location, therefore it is your responsibility to download and save the files.

How do I download digitals from the old site?

To provide customers with adequate time to access their previous downloads, the old site will remain accessible through to the end of February 2018.

What software do I need to install these products?

It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct software and skill to download and use these products.

Can I show use these products for my clients photography?

These digital images are for the use of photography purposes direct to private photography clients only.

Can I resell, share or transfer the products?

No. All uses other than for the use of private photography must be requested and permitted by Luisa Dunn Photography in writing.
