What currency are the prices listed?

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars.

I have ordered two of the same digitals by mistake, can I get a refund?

Yes, only if it is on the same order.  Please contact us using the contact form above and provide your order number.

Please ensure you order carefully as all sales are final.

Are the digitals refundable?

No.  All sales are final.

I am unable to access My Account.

If your password is not working you can reset it via the forgot password feature at login.

How do I receive and download my purchases?

All products are digital and will delivered online as a downloadable.

To access your digital, log in to your account, select My Account > Downloads.  We do not guarantee that your files will be stored in this location, therefore it is your responsibility to download and save the files.


What size (pixels) are the digitals?

Some are a minimum of 4000 pixels on the longest side and some are a minimum of 6000 pixels on the longest side.  The DPI is approximately 250/300.

How do I download previous orders from the old website?

The old website is now obsolete and previous orders are no longer available to access.

If for any reason you have lost a previous order, please complete the contact form for assistance.  You will be required to send proof of purchase.


What software do I need to install these products?

It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct software and skill to download and use these products.

Can I show use these products for my clients photography?

These digital images are for the use of photography purposes direct to private photography clients only.

Can I resell, share or transfer the products?

No.  All uses other than for the use of private photography must be requested and permitted by Luisa Dunn Photography in writing.  Please submit your request by completing the contact form

How does the Shutter Club Rewards Program work?

You will rewarded 1 Shutter Club reward for each $10 AUD spent.

You will be able to redeem Shutter Club rewards when you have reached a minimum of 20 points.

Shutter Club rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any coupon codes.

Shutter Club rewards cannot be used to purchase digital packages/collections or My Baby Art.

Shutter Club rewards are not accumulated on any purchases where you have redeemed your rewards.
